All Australia orders are shipped via Australia Post. Prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD), Standard Shipping Australia wide is $7.00 (AUD), Express Shipping Australia Wide is $10 (AUD).

There are three different options for International Shipping. Standard International Shipping via Australia Post is $25AUD (approx 2-3 weeks delivery), Express International Shipping via Australia Post is $35AUD (approx 1-2 weeks delivery) and Express International Shipping via DHL is $50AUD (less than 7 days for delivery). Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Deliveries are sent out between Monday and Friday during normal business hours. Item(s) will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order unless otherwise notified via email. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be sent out on the next business day.

AUSTRALIA:
For standard delivery to metropolitan areas your order should arrive within 3-7 business days after the order is dispatched. Regional areas may take up to 14 business days. If you have not received your order within 14 business days please contact Australia Post with your tracking number as well as contacting The Lost Tribe via email.

INTERNATIONAL:
All international orders are express shipped via DHL. Your order should arrive within 1 week of being dispatched. If you have not received your item(s) within 2 weeks please contact DHL with your tracking number as well as contacting The Lost Tribe via email.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers will be issued with all orders. Once your order has been dispatched a notification will be sent to the email you provided at the checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order all the way to your door.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL BECOMES LOST?
Once your item has been shipped it becomes your baby & your responsibility to get in contact with Australia Post or DHL. If your parcel has been lost, we do not make a dispute with Aus Post on your behalf, this is to be made on behalf of the recipient if you want compensation. Please be aware we do not cover import duties & taxes for international orders.
