EXCHANGE AND RETURNS:
At The Lost Tribe we are happy for all full price item(s) to be returned, exchanged or credited subject to the following terms and conditions:
In order for your refund, exchange or credit to be successful the item(s) must be returned within seven (7) business days of the date you receive them for domestic orders and ten (10) business days for international orders.
It must be unworn, undamaged and have all labels attached. Please note The Lost Tribe inspects all items before leaving. Item(s) must be returned in appropriate packaging in order for the product to arrive safely.
We cannot refund, exchange or credit any products that have been damaged, stained, or soiled with perfume or makeup.
All credit notes are valid for 3 months. Exchange items and credits are subject to product availability. Please note we do not offer an exchange, credit or refund on sale items. Promotional items can be exchanged but not refunded.
The Lost Tribe is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the order you have received is incorrect or damaged. All item(s) must be returned using a trackable delivery service. Once we have received your item we will begin to process your return. Refunds will be credited against your original payment method excluding delivery charges.
MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Damaged/faulty goods can always be returned. Once you receive the item(s) you should inspect them for defects or damage. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods if they are damaged. Send us an email with pictures of the damaged product explaining what the problem is and your order number.
After your email is received and the fault/damage is confirmed, please return the item(s) to The Lost Tribe. Once the product is received and deemed as damaged, you can either; get a refund, exchange the item(s) or receive a credit. The cost of returning damaged or defective item(s) will be reimbursed to the customer.
